Come to L’Apero (Happy Hour) at Bread and Butterfly

Every day Monday through Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m., Bread and Butterfly hosts l'apero—the French version of happy hour. After work, people in France enjoy this respite with a glass of wine and some snacks as a way of easing into the evening or simply unwinding after the day. Since Bread and Butterfly strives to emulate a French bistro, it makes sense that the eatery would offer its own apero with half-priced glasses of wine and a menu of small bites.

After a nibble and a drink, if you want to sit down for a full dinner, the chef at Bread and Butterfly can prepare a classic French dish for you. Try the steak frites with house-made aioli and fresh watercress as garnish or enjoy the chicken fricassee with rice pilaf, mushrooms, onion, and carrot on the side. Prefer something more familiar? Then you can opt for the burger, which comes topped with gruyere and caramelized onions, grain mustard, and aioli inside of a brioche bun.
