For most people, moving to a new place means many trips to IKEA. The Sweedish furniture store is known for its affordable variety of furniture items that are easily customizable, and the Atlanta location is even conveniently located less than a mile from The Local on 14th apartments.

The IKEA showrooms are famous for their intricate detail, allowing shoppers to truly envision how different items could look in their own homes. Outside of its large furniture items, IKEA sells kitchen ware, décor, office supplies and even fresh plants. IKEA is also known for its food court and snack items that guests can purchase on their way out of the store, or to refuel after a few hours of shopping. Their meatballs are famous, as is their soft serve frozen yogurt!
